Turn off the flame for chicken after 10 mins Take a KADAI Or Handi Add 1 tbspn ghee spread evenly First layer with the Rice Then later it with Chicken Layer it again with rice Garnish fried onion ,mint and corainder leaves Add saffron Milk ( 1/2 cup warm milk some saffron strands mix it for the color ) Then layer with all the chicken pieces and masala Cover it with rice again and Garnish with mint leaves ,fried Onion and coriander leaves Seal the KADAI lid with Dough from all sides Cook for 5 to 7mins on medium flame Then transfer it to a pan/ tawa and cook on low flame For 35 to 40 mins Biryani is Ready.
